How long does a project take?
Scope, content readiness, review rounds, materials and integrations affect the schedule. Your proposal states the agreed plan.
What happens if the brief changes?
We review the effect on time and cost, then agree changes before carrying out additional work.
Do branding fees include physical printing?
Branding packages include the specified design assets. Printing is separately quoted by specification.
Can you use artwork I already have?
Yes. We review its suitability and identify any design or preparation needed.
Can I see a proof before printing?
We request approval of the agreed proof before production. Physical samples and colour-critical checks may need a separate scope.
Do you offer general prints and merchandise?
We can quote stationery, marketing materials, packaging, signage and branded items against the required specifications.
Will I be able to update my website?
WordPress packages include an editable setup and an agreed handover for routine updates.
Are domains and hosting included?
They are identified separately unless your written proposal explicitly includes them.
Can you maintain a site built elsewhere?
Yes, following a technical review and agreement on any repairs required before ongoing care.
Can I keep my existing website URLs?
We review important URLs during a redesign and plan appropriate preservation or redirects. Changes should not be made without a migration plan.
Is advertising spend included in the fee?
No. Media spend is separate from agency management fees.
Can you guarantee a number-one Google ranking?
No. SEO builds relevance, technical access and useful content, but search rankings cannot be guaranteed.
Do social packages include filming?
The listed starter plans use supplied footage. Production shoots can be separately quoted.
How do you measure marketing progress?
We agree relevant measures and reporting, including tracked enquiries where the setup and data support it.
Are package prices final?
Starting figures apply to the described scope. The final quote identifies the full project investment and any additional requirements.
Can I request a custom package?
Yes. Tell us the services, deliverables, budget range and timeline.
What are the payment terms?
Payment milestones and any deposit are stated in your project agreement. Do not assume demo subscription or refund terms apply.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Cancellation, completed work and refund arrangements are governed by the agreed project terms. Ask before paying if you need clarification.
